Nancy Mortensen

Nancy Walker Mortensen, FNP, ANP, warned her Bachelor’s degree inNursing in 1988 from Eastern Kentucky University . At the University of Utah she earned a master’s degree specializing in the Adult Nurse Practicioner and Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialists programs. She holds dual certifications as an Adult Nurse Practicioner and as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nuurses Association.
